What we collect

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the plan and trades you chose, your optional role, the time you signed up, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block spam. We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Server-side usage logs are described below.

How we use it

Only to tell you about FLGovData's launch and to decide which feeds to build first. We don't sell or share your email. No payment details are collected.

Public records

The permit, code-case and license data on this site come from public government records. We don't publish owner names, phone numbers or other personal data from those records. Independent service, not affiliated with any government agency.

Usage logs

When you load a page, submit a form, or call the API or MCP server, we log the request for analytics, abuse prevention and security. Each log entry includes your IP address, approximate location derived from it (country, region, city and network), your user agent, the time, and the response status and timing. For pages we log the path and referring page, without query strings. For API and MCP calls we also log the query or tool arguments you sent, the number of results, and the client name an MCP app reports. Waitlist form submissions are logged without the email address.

We keep usage logs for 90 days and then delete them automatically. We don't sell them, use them for advertising, or link them to waitlist entries. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes request metadata to deliver the service and enforce rate limits.
